Keyless Entry
Keyless entry is an increasingly popular option that lets you unlock your car without having to take out your key fob, or touch the door handle. Keyless Start

Security
The 2022 Mazda 3 provides anti-theft protection through two main sources that include a theft deterrent alarm system and an immobilizer. The alarm will sound and flash, then stop the engine if a person attempts to gain entry to the vehicle. Mazda Connected Services is also included in the trial period of three years, including automatic emergency calling and remote starting.
The alarm will also sound in the event that you, or anyone else, tries to open the trunk without a key or to start the car. When the alarm is activated it will remain in effect for approximately two seconds after you press the unlock button or trunk release lever. You can also disable the alarm by pressing the lock button or turning the key in the ignition.
If the security indicator light on your Mazda continues to illuminate or flash, contact an authorized repairer as soon as possible.
